Qatar rail’s transit-oriented development (TOD) project was designed with the collaborative efforts of Qatari and Korean engineers. The design work includes two TOD project locations: Hamad hospital and Rayyan al Qadeem metro stations on green line Doha. The project is on the BIM platform and uses Autodesk Revit 2017.
horizon IPM worked on MEP BIM consultancy service for both TOD projects.
The two TOD projects consist of the following buildings:
